I was shaking my head when I read some of these because most of the stuff Flavia says goes against EVERYTHING i’ve been told and I’m sure you’ve heard by different nutrition experts, dieticians, the media and a number of personal trainers.

Everything made sense in this article, but I was just dumbfounded by how I blindly accepted what the mainstream media was saying. Oh and everything Flavia is saying isn’t her opinion! It’s information which is backed by 35 scientific references and sources.
