Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 0 Total Time: 1 Hour Yield: 8 Servings
Per Serving: 65 calories, 4g fat, 8g carbs, 1g protein

Ingredients Needed:

8 frozen banana slices (refer to ‘Cooking Tips’ at bottom of page)

3 tablespoons raw cacao powder or cocoa powder

2 tablespoons coconut oil, measured than melted

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the raw cacao powder or cocoa powder, maple syrup and melted oil and mix well.

2. Scrape down the sides using a spatula to make sure all the powder has been incorporated into the sauce.

3. Take 8 frozen banana slices out of the freezer and carefully dip one banana at a time into the chocolate sauce.

4. Place the chocolate dipped frozen bananas on a parchment or wax paper lined plate and place back into the freezer until
chocolate has set.
