Flavilicious Cooking Recipes

Recently I posted a few recipes directly from Flavia Del Monte’s Flavilicious Cooking program and everyone loved them! I ended up with tons of questions asking me what where some of the other recipes Flavia shares in her brand new digital cookbook. So I thought I would make a detailed list of the recipes featured in Flavia’s cooking program.

Now please keep in mind this is just a list of the recipes featured in her cookbook, not the actual recipes. It wouldn’t be right for me to post all of the recipes from Flavia’s book. Although I have linked to a few of the recipes which I have posted on my website which you’ll see in blue below.

Once again, all of these recipes are 100 allergy, soy, gluten, sugar and wheat free! As I mentioned in earlier blog post mopst of them are diary free and a good majority of them are also paleo friendly for those who partake in the paleo lifestyle. These are the personally recipes that Flavia eats everyday to maintain her lifestyle, body and also how she lost 15 pounds of fat after giving birth to her daughter.

Keep in mind that her cookbook has 150 different recipes so the list is quite extensive. I wish I could include a photo for everyone of the recipes but that would take me forever! I did try to post some of them below though. Flavilicious Cooking has something for everyone in my opinion though.
